The UTEL Audits Programme:

A short preliminary meeting with you establishes the basis of our involvement.

The Audit - Contracts and invoices over the past 12 months are scrutinised for any overcharging. Site audits are carried out if specific problem areas are identified.  

Analysis - From the compiled data a full cost analysis is carried out against our extensive database of suppliers' tariffs or tendered to the entire market to obtain the best price, benefiting from our bulk purchasing facilities.  

Report and Recommendations - A comprehensive market report is prepared identifying recommended savings that can be made whilst maintaining the same, or even an improved level of quality or service.  

Implementation - UTEL Audits will implement the cost savings you approve, keeping your administration load to a minimum. (In effect, the cost of implementing a UTEL Audits' programme is paid for by the Utility Companies themselves.)  

Account Management - Over the period of our agreement UTEL Audits will receive copies of the invoices from the supplier which we check. We will also 'authorise for payment ' if you so wish. In addition we will advise on any aspect of concern you have with your utilities.   

UTEL Audits is a member of The Association of Cost Management Consultants (ACMC) which is an association of selected independent cost reduction specialists, who share information and expertise.
